What's the deal with cancellations?

We get that things happen, but for the benefit of all our clients, we require 12 hours notice when cancelling a class to open up those spots for those who can make it. We hate making you pay (except in sweat equity), but to cover those missed classes, you'll be charged for late cancellations or no-shows... no exceptions.

(Keep in mind, no show charges occur 24 hours after themissed reservation.)

What if I come down with a cold or my car won't start?**

When you have to, use that late cancel - it's better than a no-show and results in a reduced fee... who doesn't like saving a little cash?
$25 late cancel
$30 no show

Oops, I booked the wrong time!

That sucks and it happens, we get it. But since we don't manage client schedules, if you accidentally booked the wrong class, it's up to you to cancel or make any adjustments. And just a little reminder that classes and bookings are held to a 12 hour late cancellation/no show policy. So for your benefit, try to make any class changes as soon as you recognize the error.

I want to switch my class time... how do I do it?

Here's another way our TWST app comes in clutch. Use the app to sign into your account, cancel one class and sign up for the new time you prefer. It's that easy.

Just a reminder that if you're changing classes within 12 hours, you will incur a late cancel fee... just pay and rebook, and you're good to go.

Can I bring my kids? Can they participate?

We love littles (our owners and many of our trainers are parents), but for everyone's safety and the focus needed while on the machines, we ask that you don't bring children under 16, unless cleared by our owners. But don't sweat it, we do offer semi private/private lessons for minors and anyone needing a personalized plan.

Ugh, I forgot something at TWST, do you see it?

You're always welcome to pop back in, we'd love to see you. Come back during any class time to check for your forgotten items. FYI, our lost and found is near the cubbies.

*Class times and trainers are subject to change.

Waitlists: How do they work?

If a class is full, you can grab a spot on the waitlist online or through the app, the same way you'd sign up for a class. You'll be notified of your waitlist spot once you sign in and book, and that'll give you a better idea of your chances of getting into your desired class. Think of it as being an understudy... you prepare and cross your fingers for your big break, and when it happens, you're ready!

But remember, like any reservation, our waitlist operates on a 12 hr cancellation policy... so if you can't commit, don't join the list, because we guarantee there's someone else waiting in the wings who would love that spot!

Ps. If you don't clear the waitlist, it empties out 2 hours before class.

Can I return a purchase for a refund?

Sorry, no. All purchases are final, so we hope you love them!

I didn't get signed into class (but I was there!)

No worries. Just reply back to the transactional email for your no-show and once we verify that you were in class, we will return the fee to you as an account credit.

How does account credit work?

It's like cash...any purchased membership dues, packages or socks will use this balance up before a credit card charge is processed.

My credits expired, now what?

When it comes to studio credits, our policy is "use 'em or lose 'em." Unfortunately, we don't offer extensions or roll over expired credits... so use them while you've got them!

How do I purchase additional credits or guest passes?

For membership holders only, we offer discounted credit andguest passes... that's a cool perk, right? Just email hello@twstfitness.com andwe'll get you and your guest sorted.

Do you offer health care discounts?

Getting Started

It's my first time, do you have Level 1 classes?

Welcome! We're excited you're here. We get that your first class (or 10) can be intimidating, but don't worry, you'll catch on quickly and we're always happy to modify to meet your needs and goals. The great thing about our classes is that they do work for all fitness levels. While our classes are generally not level-labeled, you may find a limited amount of Level 1 options thrown in here or there, and we do offer privates for a more personalized experience.

Is there anyone who shouldn't TWST?

Short answer? No. Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and our awesome instructors are trained to help modify to meet your personal needs or medical restrictions. Our classes are safe during pregnancy and work for those with joint issues because of their low-impact, form-focused movements. If you're managing an injury or medical condition, let any of our knowledgeable instructors know and we'll adjust the workout so it works for you.

How many TWST classes should I take weekly?

If it were up to us, we'd see you every single day. But for muscle recovery, we'd recommend 3-4 Lagree sessions and 2-3 Versa classes perweek. If you're feeling fiesty, you can always hit up a back-to-back for that added shake + sweat and cardio boost.

When will the work pay off? (a.k.a. Let's talk results.)

We won't lie to you.... TWST gets it done. Lagree + Versa = unparalleled results. Everyone is different, but many of our clients say they feel stronger in just a few weeks, with visible body-transforming results in sometimes as little as a month of consistent classes + proper rest and recovery. (For best outcomes, check out our class recommendations above.) The gains in physical and mental strength are even more of a flex.

Lagree Method

Lagree vs. Pilates.... What's the difference?

We're glad you asked. Unlike traditional Pilates that generally focuses on flexibility and posture, Lagree is all about strength and endurance. The Lagree Megaformer is patented technology, made up of spring-loaded tension, opposing platforms, a sliding carriage and pulley system, all designed to work muscles to fatigue through a wide range of ultra-slow, low impact movements. Simply stated: We challenge your muscles beyond what you thought possible so they rebuild stronger, smarter, and more resilient. And before you ask... yes, it's intense. Lagree's strength-building capabilities could easily arm wrestle Pilates and win every time.

What muscles does Lagree work?

All of them. Seriously. The Megaformer is designed to target every major muscle group through a full range of motion. Each class focuses on different muscle combinations, ensuring balanced, full-body development. Core, glutes, arms, legs, back—nothing escapes the slow burn.

Why is Lagree so slow?

Slow is the secret sauce. Moving slowly under constant tension activates slow-twitch muscle fibers, which are responsible for endurance, fat burning, and building those long, lean muscles. The slower you go, the harder your muscles work, and the better your results. Speed is easy. Slow is powerful.

What should I expect in my first Lagree class?

Expect to shake. A lot. You'll work muscles you didn't know existed, and movements that look simple will challenge you in ways you never imagined. Don't worry—shaking means it's working. Our instructors will guide you through every movement and offer modifications. Just remember: everyone starts somewhere, and that shake? It's your body getting stronger.

Is Lagree safe for injuries or joint issues?

Absolutely. Lagree is low-impact and focuses on controlled, precise movements that are gentle on joints while still challenging muscles. If you have an injury or medical condition, let your instructor know before class so they can provide modifications that work for you.

How is Lagree different from other strength training?

Unlike traditional strength training with weights, Lagree uses spring resistance and constant tension to work muscles through their full range of motion. There's no impact, no joint stress, and no rest between movements. It's strength training reimagined—efficient, effective, and totally unique.

Versaclimber

What is the Versaclimber?

The Versaclimber is a total-body cardio machine that simulates vertical climbing. It engages your arms, legs, and core simultaneously for a killer cardio workout that torches calories and builds endurance. Unlike running or cycling, the Versa is zero-impact, making it easy on your joints while still delivering serious sweat.

What should I expect in a Versaclimber class?

Expect to climb, sweat, and push your limits. Versa classes combine intervals of climbing with bodyweight exercises and core work for a full-body cardio experience. You'll climb at different paces and resistance levels, so whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, you can adjust to your fitness level. And yes, you'll definitely feel the burn.

How long is a Versaclimber class?

Our Versaclimber classes are 30 minutes long. You can do anything for 30 minutes!

Is the Versaclimber good for beginners?

Absolutely. The beauty of the Versa is that you control your pace and resistance, so it works for all fitness levels. Our instructors will coach you through proper form and help you find the right intensity for your body. Start slow, build stamina, and watch yourself climb higher (literally).

What muscles does the Versaclimber work?

Everything. Arms, shoulders, core, glutes, quads, hamstrings—the Versa hits it all in one efficient movement. It's one of the most comprehensive cardio machines out there because it demands total-body engagement with every step.

How is Versaclimber different from running or biking?

The Versa is low-impact, which means no stress on your knees, hips, or joints. It also engages your upper body in a way running and biking don't, giving you a true full-body cardio workout. Plus, vertical climbing burns more calories in less time than traditional cardio. Win-win.

Can I do Versaclimber if I have knee or joint issues?

Yes! The Versaclimber is one of the safest cardio options for people with joint concerns because there's no impact. The smooth, vertical motion is gentle on knees and hips while still delivering an intense workout. As always, let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations so they can help you modify as needed.
