Don't show up fashionably late. We know that's a thing, but for your first class, please arrive early. Trust us, 10 minutes makes a big difference in meeting our machines.
Grip yourself
Grip socks are required for Lagree. Not only do they keep you safe on the Mega, they're pretty cute too. We've got lots of grippy options in our boutique. For Versa, athletic sneaks are a must.
Dress for success
Wear whatever the heck you like, just make sure it's comfy and moves easily. We love breathable athletic wear, but you do you.
hydration nation
Have that H2O and a towel handy…. You're gonna need them.
Be Calm and cool
Save time for a cool-down stretch. It’ll relax you after class and keep those muscles from getting as sore. (Of course, we can’t promise you won’t feel your hard work the next day.)

Welcome! We're excited you're here. We get that your first class (or 10) can be intimidating, but don't worry, you'll catch on quickly and we're always happy to modify to meet your needs and goals. The great thing about our classes is that they do work for all fitness levels. While our classes are generally not level-labeled, you may find a limited amount of Level 1 options thrown in here or there, and we do offer privates for a more personalized experience.

The Versaclimber is a total-body cardio machine that simulates vertical climbing. It engages your arms, legs, and core simultaneously for a killer cardio workout that torches calories and builds endurance. Unlike running or cycling, the Versa is zero-impact, making it easy on your joints while still delivering serious sweat.
Expect to climb, sweat, and push your limits. Versa classes combine intervals of climbing with bodyweight exercises and core work for a full-body cardio experience. You'll climb at different paces and resistance levels, so whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, you can adjust to your fitness level. And yes, you'll definitely feel the burn.
Expect to shake. A lot. You'll work muscles you didn't know existed, and movements that look simple will challenge you in ways you never imagined. Don't worry—shaking means it's working. Our instructors will guide you through every movement and offer modifications. Just remember: everyone starts somewhere, and that shake? It's your body getting stronger.
